I placed an order back on Nov 24th 2017 for a Christmas gift for my daughter. They sent me a tracking number and said it’s on it’s way.

So this morning, Dec 21st, I check the tracking and it hasn’t even shipped yet! There is no phone number and when I emailed them, they emailed back saying someone would get it touch within 48 hours but I reading reviews online and everyone is having the exact same issue.

They are over priced and customer service sucks! Don’t waste your money on a name!

Still waiting for an order I placed back in November. Never arrived.

Got told that they would reship but one product I’d ordered not available so they did refund me for that. Then got confirmation telling me they were shipping one product when there should have been two. Emailed them to tell them of mistake. Never heard back from them and STILL have not received anything.

Total rubbishy company. Plenty of other makeup to buy.
